Your information is never used for purposes unrelated to your project. We do not use your manuscript or project files to train artificial intelligence models, and we never send unsolicited marketing emails.

Every manuscript entrusted to Signature Manuscripts is treated as confidential. We never sell, publish, or share your work outside the people directly involved in producing your project.

If you’d prefer your project remain entirely private, including being excluded from our portfolio, we’re happy to honor that request. Simply let us know before production begins.

As outlined in our Terms & Policies, we securely retain completed project files for 90 days after delivery in case you need them resent or require a minor production correction. After that, they are permanently removed from our systems.

To operate Signature Manuscripts securely and efficiently, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers. These companies help us process payments, host our website, deliver emails, and securely store project files.

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services on our behalf. They are not permitted to sell your information or use your manuscript for their own purposes.
